And so as Lazarus before, I Rise from the Cyber Grave

Howdy All.
Hard to believe this is still here,
Dunno if anyone will ever read any of this.
That's just as well probably. It's been a lifetime ( literally ) since I was here, and I'm not even sure where to begin?

Do I try to update you on the last ( Six ? ) years or do we simply press forwards and hope that you'll piece together the fragments of this life through works of fiction and retelling of very real if sometimes improbable events?

Only Time will Tell.
But I suppose I'll follow the Elim Garrik' rules of story telling for now.

In the soons: I live, I breathe, I serve.
There's a crazy amount of things going on most of them do no really bear repeating to the wide world but I will promise to find some nuggets for ya.

I'm the head of a Fraternal Order,

I own two trucks, run a moving business,
I own my own metal working/wood working shop.

I make knives, decorative ironwork and other stuff for people.
The "Forever GM"

Still teaching robotics,

Still trying to break even in this life.

Delays expected until Mid December

Expect delays in updates,

Until December.

I've been quite sick and some of the meds were less helpful than might have been expected, recovering lung function in time. The novel is progressing quite well and should be moving along after the week and the new month start up. Other than that not a huge amount to report.

Sorry about the Delay. It's been NANO all month

So I owe you all a tonne

but doesn't look like anyone reads these

So I put it on back burner for a while.

Life is complicated, right now and for a while it's been "Lung infection with several other fleeting tinges of problems". Right now it's Lung infection with peripheral breathing based problems.
The writing is amazing, heart breaking and even without editing reasonably ready for people to do some exploratory work inside of. I broke 50k about four days ago and that was after taking a couple of break days due to health and other issues creeping in. I'm moving closer to 60k total now, but taking it easy as I have no need to rush at this point. The story is expanding and the characters are gaining some depth which is deeply appreciated even if inconvenient at some points. Skipped steampunks this week as I was too sick to walk to the store and back so I felt that staying home was most advisable.
My most excellent friend Karen is helping with the construction of a waist coat and while I'm learning by watching rather than getting to do it this time, we have both learned much about the process and some hilarious and small things cropped up today and yesterday.
Also we both learned that Karen has never seen Sherlock (BBC ) or the Jeremy Brett; Sherlock Holmes series ( also: BBC ) so as a result she watched almost all of Sherlock in the past two days and we did not get nearly enough sewing done.
Tomorrow is the Regency Society folks sewing evening so I'll be there with the machine and materials and hopefully a vest will get done tomorrow and I can look rather dashing for the weekend.
Theoretically going to help a friend from Seattle out this weekend with a Book opening, pretty excited for that.
Have posted excerpt for the NANO project entitled "The State of Health" on NANO website / my account. You can read it if you like, it's all pre-edits or as I started saying #Notanovemberproblem and #Decemberisforediting.
Loathe edits I do.

Anywho; my new addiction is Armored Warfare: a Post 40s vehicle combat game set as a sort of next step to the World of Tanks that I have long loved. It is a very different development layout to to gaining new vehicles, it also has some kind of story mode that is developing and a "base construction/ development" that is completely unlike WoT. The in game user Interface and references on screen are exceedingly handy to have, as well as their out of game user interfaces are exceptional very much in love with them.

Sorry about delay. Under construction.

Things are in limbo

Apologies ( if anyone reads these ),
I had food poisoning the other day and it was lingering today too.
Project fencification is still a go, pretty much within expectations though not without delays from a variety of sources. It's taken 2 different Home Despot stores and a visit every other day to get what we needed, as well as going to another fence supply store tomorrow !
I hope to have it all wrapped up tomorrow evening and can get to a couple other projects.
*I am still not feeling well, so this will be pretty short.

Karen and I have been working on different sewing projects, I'm stitching up my hoodie and found some excellent wool fabric which I hope to make a double sided vest with. I am making apple sauce in my crock pot, soon to can that up into little jars. Wednesday Steampunks is well attended and we are hoping to have some events coming up.

I am very excited for NANO to start.

Must go, need rest.

NANO 2015 IS NIGH !

Well here we are again,

The NANO is coming, health is pretty stable though it's pretty costly in terms of hours each day it's taking up. I'm not actually sick, there is no infection so I am still holding to a dust / pollen issue and that the rain will handle that soon.

Working on the novel and I have about 6 chapters and 25 scenes outlined so far, I have another week to hammer out the chapters and some more scenes, I'd like around 12 or 18 chapters given the way this story is starting out, and probably about 4 to 8 scenes per chapter if the pattern holds.

Meds arrived on Friday, meds, meds, meds.

Had a nice evening tonight, Friday was great fun with pick up games of board games and the gang hanging out.

Been away for a while.

Been sick, And had a lot of things taking up time and energy.
Health is pretty normal here.
Hoping to land some regular work soon,
got a couple of small projects in the works, and a few fallen through.
Hoping soon to have stuff all worked out soon so I can move onto more projects.

Steampunks was great fun,
Katie M's birthday was today and we all enjoyed her rice crispy treats.

Lungs are mucky, cannot decide what that's about.

All but finished on the CAD for the house for the upcoming NANO,
youtubes to follow.

Had lots of fun with Karen the last day or so, hope to have her project done soon too.
